In June 2024, ISRO released stunning pictures from the Aditya-L1 mission documenting dynamic activities of the Sun in the previous month. Nigar Shaji, born into a Tamil Muslim family, is the Program Director of the Aditya-L1 mission and she’s been with ISRO since 1987.
